Dream Catcher x 8m3 cube

Dream Catcher Cube – A Living Installation of Dreams

This collaborative installation reimagines the ancient Native American belief that the night air is alive with dreams—some that bless, others that disturb. The Dream Catcher Cube was designed as a sanctuary where only the good dreams find their way in. Inspired by the traditional dream catcher, the cube acts as a filter, drawing in the hopes and visions of those who step inside.

The project came to life with a poetic gathering at the historic Muttrah Fort in Muscat, Oman—where verses were shared under the stars, and dreams were invited to roam free.

The 8m3 cube is curated by artist Safa Al Balushi.

The creative work of the cube done by Maria Al Shamsi (the goleh project) and Fatima Al Najjar (ByRahina)
